1. What level of play do you offer on the Circle City Lacrosse Program?
Our program strives to offer a place for every lacrosse player. This includes Titanium Travel Teams (7th-12th Grade) Tryout required, City Select Teams (9th-12th Grade), Youth Teams (3rd-6th Grade), Rec Leagues, and our Academies which focuses on building a solid foundation for high school through youth players. If you are unsure of where your daughter may fit please don't hesitate to ask us.
2. My Daughter is not interested in playing in college? Is the Circle City Lacrosse program still right for them?
YES! Our club is designed for players of all levels no matter if your goals are making your high school Varsity team, improving your play overall, or aspiring to play in college.
3. My Daughter has never played lacrosse before, can she play for your club?
Absolutely! We welcome all skill levels to our program, and we offer a variety of options to accommodate all ability and interest levels.
4. Will you get my daughter a college scholarship?
We believe that the college recruiting process is a proactive approach by the player and family with the help of the club. As a program we will help guide in the process of putting players on the right path through recruiting seminars, Tournament Videotaping, Q&A's, recruiting resources, but ultimately this is the responsibility of the player and families.
5. Am I expected to attend all practices and tournaments?
A player is required to attend all tournaments for the team they're on. We understand busy lives of families, but we ask for a commitment from each player and family when they join our program. Each player is allowed to miss a maximum of two (2) practices during their teams program season.
6. What happens if I cancel my membership or decide not to play?
They're absolutely No Refunds for the Deposit or Team Fees (Only in extreme cases and approval from the Program Director). We have to commit to playing and paying for tournament fees ahead of time and it negatively impacts the team and program when you cannot attend after you commit to the program.
7. Do players travel together or room together at tournaments? Does the club program coordinate travel for everyone?
All travel and accommodations for tournaments are the responsibility of the player’s family and are a separate charge from club fees. Depending on the tournament, they might require certain hotels for use. We will send out information on room blocks if this is the case. We do encourage families to plan together and share in the experience at the tournament.
During the tournaments, the coaches are responsible for the players while the team is on the field and during play. Parents will be accountable at all other times. Feel free to coordinate travel plans with other families if you cannot attend.
8. How much does it cost to play on one of the teams?
We strive to offer a high quality experience at a reasonable price. We know that travel teams can be expensive and we do our best to keep costs in check. The cost for each team in our program varies. Please take a look at the various teams we offer to see the pricing structure for each. If you believe you may have a financial issue, please don't hesitate to talk with us about it.
9. Does your club program offer different payment options?
We offer various types of options to pay for the teams and programs. This will include registering online, credit card payment plans, and paying via check. Our goal is to be as accommodating to each family by providing as many manageable options as possible.
